I'm a Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead at Red Hat. My work sits where software foundations, accelerator ecosystems, and engineering leadership meet: making complex systems dependable enough for other people to build on.

I lead engineering work on enterprise Python components and accelerator enablement. That includes package compatibility, cross-architecture validation, software supply chain controls, and vulnerability maintenance. I care about the decisions, evidence, and ownership that make this work sustainable.

I earned my PhD in Computer Science at North Carolina State University in 2025. My research explored interactive search and optimization for software product-line configuration, with an emphasis on reducing the effort required from decision-makers. Before that, I led software engineering at Oceansoft and worked on data analysis and predictive tooling during an internship at Microsoft.

This is where I write about building software, contributing upstream, and helping engineering teams do their best work. I also build developer tools that make everyday engineering work easier to understand and act on.
